At Waqar Haider Couture, each piece is meticulously handcrafted to reflect our commitment to luxury and tradition. Due to the bespoke nature of our couture creations, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. No Cancellations or Changes
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified under any circumstances.

  2. Advance Payment
    A 50% advance payment is required to process your order. Orders without an advance will not be entertained.

  3. Order Accuracy
    Customers are advised to thoroughly proofread and confirm all order details before finalizing.

  4. Pickup Procedure
    Please call ahead before collecting your order to avoid delays or inconvenience.

  5. Size Disclaimer
    Slight size variations may occur and are considered negligible and acceptable.

  6. Ready-to-Wear Items
    All ready-to-wear items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No partial payments are allowed.

  7. Inspection at Pickup
    Customers must inspect all ready-to-wear items at the shop. We do not accept claims for issues once the item is taken.

  8. Post-Delivery Responsibility
    We are not responsible for any stains, discoloration, or damage reported after two months from the dispatch date.

  9. Legal Notice
    This document is for internal policy use only and is not subject to legal challenge in court.

  10. Force Majeure
    Delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events will not be eligible for compensation.

Custom Orders

All custom-made and made-to-order garments are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items, as they are crafted specifically to your measurements and preferences.
